2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance by email. We may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or delivery to the destination is not permitted for that plant.
3. Prices

4. Plants and descriptions
Living plants vary. Where a product is stated to be the exact plant photographed, you will receive that plant. Otherwise photos are representative. Measurements are given as measured at listing. Plants may naturally lose leaves during dormancy or transit.
5. Stock
Many plants are single specimens. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund you in full for that item.
6. Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
7. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Certain regulated plants may only be delivered within South Africa.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA are not affected.
9. Regulated plants
Some plants are protected under CITES or South African provincial legislation. Where permits are required for sale, possession or transport, we will tell you before dispatch, and you agree to comply with any conditions that apply to you.
